Hee hee, I posted so much last week, I had to take a break! Don't forget, I still have a giveaway going and on and you can enter HERE!
Today I am sharing a card made with another "Card Kit Monday" free cut file by Daniela Dobson. You can find the cut file over on her blog HERE. It's free, so run over and get it! I will tell you a little about how I used the kit in my post.
Supplies: Cardstock-Bazzill; Pattern Paper-Heidi Swapp; Twine-May Arts; Enamel Dots-My Mind's Eye; Sequin-Unknown; Adhesives-ThermOWeb; Pen-Signo Uniball; Silhouette Cameo
The main thing I did was add layers to the die cuts. So, I cut the bird twice and the wings twice. I cut the circle twice, with one smaller than the other one. I popped the layers with foam adhesive, to make them stand out more.
I die cut the "hello" sentiment twice also. That is actually the same paper for the "hello" and I cut it at the same time. I just created a copy of the word and used the "flip horizontally", place them side by side and cut at the same time.
So, head over to Daniela's blog and get your "Card Kit Monday" kit! Trust me, this is a fun one and this card went together quickly. The hardest part was picking which papers to use!
Love this! Thank you so much! Can't wait to make another one just like this!
