Her Calling Me Out Grumpy Face-Scrapping Our Stash Blog Hop

We have 16 people that are participating this month in getting their stashes down...or at least using up some older product that is laying around!  I am starting to love this once a month, use it up, all paper is pretty don't let it sit, motivation to use some older things from my stash.  You probably arrived here from Juliana's blog.  There is a complete hop list at the end of my posting also!

There is a giveaway for commenting on my personal blog.  A few embellishments that I have a quite a few extras of, some Thickers possibly, many colors of twine and no telling what else I can come up with!  See details at the bottom of the post.

I combined this hop with the Scraplift Sunday over at Paper Issues.  I was short on time and just needed a starting point. I used the Pebbles "From Me to You" collection for this layout.  And everything, including embellishments, etc are older stuff I have held onto.  I have had doilies in my stash a long time....even though I use them all the time, they are a staple!  And I even dug out my Gelatos that I have had forever and had fun with them. These will be seeing more action in my projects, just fair warning!

Supplies: Pattern Paper-Pebbles; Stickers-Pebbles, Simple Stories; Envelopes-Pebbles; Letter Stickers-My Mind's Eye, Simple Stories; Wood Veneer-Studio Calico; Chipboard-Pebbles, American Crafts; Tag-Studio Calico; Canvas Tag-Canvas Corp; Ink/Paint-Faber Castell Gelatos; Enamel Dots-My Mind's Eye, Teresa Collins; Adhesive-ThermOWeb; Twine-October Afternoon

And the title is a little hard to read, but I didn't want to use anything bigger than these stickers.  There will be a shot of the journaling explaining the title a little farther down.

Here is a shot of the tag I used the Gelatos on.  I smeared orange, pink and yellow colors on the canvas tag and then brushed water on with a paint brush.  I actually did this a few times, because I couldn't get the blend just the way I wanted.  I love how it turned out!

And a closer shot of that journaling.  Yep, I get a little #hangry when I need (or think I need!) food!  And I asked and had her permission to scrap this pic!  LOL
