Gossamer Blue Sketch-You Are Amazing

Ugh, Monday was just icky!  I was going to come on here and write a big 'ole post about it, but just decided to skip it and post this layout!

This is one I got done this weekend at the crop I went to and it's for the Gossamer Blue sketch that is up right now.  Honestly all I did was flip the sketch upside down!  I just wanted to not think so that was the easiest thing to do. I always love Valerie's sketches and this one is no exception.

I took this pic of Carleen when we were eating pizza out one night.  I love that hat and the look on her face is just priceless.

And what??  I used sequins?  I actually kind of like them and I used ALL that came in the Crate Paper pack on this one page!  HA!  I have decided not to hoard embellishments, but to use them and I love the way they look on here.

Close up of the title.  I added a flair button from The Paper Bakery.  That area was "missing" something and then I tucked the tag in underneath and it all just fell in place.

I just loved this little cluster, but it did take some time to get it exactly the way I wanted.  I added the little dear at the last minute and it was just what it needed.

And yes, I am showing the back side of the cluster.  I have been known to stack a couple of layers of foam adhesive, but I think this is the most I have ever done.  Will I do it again?  Probably!  I love dimension and this is one way to get it.  I know some people do not like bulky pages, but I kind of do!

And I am up over on The Paper Bakery blog today, so head over and say hi!  Here is hoping for a better Tuesday.
