Where to even begin.....

It's has been a different couple of weeks.  Getting used to a new normal and just trying to figure out where to go from here.  NO, I am NOT giving up scrapping, it's my one thing that keeps me somewhat sane (ha ha) even if I don't really seem like it at times!  And I am not going to post details, etc. I don't feel like it is necessary. (some of you know and I am good with that!) I am just trying to get a new routine and the blog took the backseat during the process.  Hopefully, I am on track now and I have a ton of projects to share.

It seems to be a time of endings right now...guess it goes along with summer coming to an end and fall beginning. And I am looking at it as..."when one door closes a BETTER one opens". Yes, corny, but I am going with it. I am looking at a fresh start of sorts.  My ScrapbookSteals.com design team came to an end in Sept. as did being the lead of Nikki Sivils, Scrapbooker.  You can read about what is going on with Nikki in her blog post HERE.  But I am the lucky one, since Nikki introduced me to all this crazy!  And I would have never imagined I would be doing what I do now when she did. And I am right here, whatever she decides to do.

Now on to the scrappy stuff!  I am so happy that I am staying on with Basically Bare for another term.  I love their products and working with them.  I actually have a couple that I haven't shared here yet, so here is one of them, a card.

Supplies: Cardstock-American Crafts; Pattern Paper-Studio Calico (HeyDay); Brad, Tags, FabRips-Studio Calico (HeyDay); Letter Stickers-Making Memories; Canvas Heart, Bird, Clouds/Stars, Frame-Basically Bare; Ink-Prima; Twine-May Arts; Paint-Ranger/Jenni Bowlin; Adhesive-Scotch ATG, Fabri Tac, Scrapbook Adhesives; Pen-Zig

To get that brad into the canvas heart, I just used a hole punch.

Look close, it was misting when I took the pictures and you can see it on my tag!

Love clustering the stars and cloud together.

So, I am back and hoping to update a little more frequently since I have worked thru some things.  I have a special post for Sunday and then on Tuesday my Little Yellow Bicycle Cycling Team projects for Acorn Hollow will be going up on the LYB blog and a few sneaks here!
